Amon Duul II, Popol Vuh 等に在籍していた Danny Fischelscher も参加している多国籍メンバー ( USA, UK, Venezuela ... ) のファースト・アルバム。使用されている楽器も、Drum, Tympani, Conga, Cymbale, Timbale 他打楽器だけで、様々なリズムを叩き出すパーカッシヴでグルーヴィーなレコード。DJネタにも良。

Sagittarius, Millenium のメンバーでもあった Curt Boettcher がプロデュースしたスタジオ・オンリーのプロジェクト "Friar Tuck" の唯一のLP。中味はヴォイス, エフェクトやノイズを多用したストレンジなサイケデリア。

The album was produced by Curt Boettcher and was a studio-only project and is best avoided. All except Benay, Deasy and Salisbury had previously been involved in Sagittarius and Millenium and Scheff (and possibly Troxel and French too) in Goldenrod.

Sound for a picture evening, volume 2 is the newest additiona to the record album series of background music and sound effects chosen by the Editor of Popular Photography. It offers a choice of mood music, national "portraits", sound effects, off-beat moods and special-purpose music that can be edited tightly together into a sound track, or can be played as you please on any phonograph. The usefulness of each "band" is far broader than its title could indicate: some examples are below, but the real limit is one's imagination.

A background of sound builds the right atomosphere for your show. Compiled from professional movie and television productions by the editors of Popular Photography, this disc can add the polishing touch to an evening of pictures. A complete instruction booklet on just how to put on an effective program is enclosed. It includes a Band Pointer for quickly locating desired selections. Playing time of each selection is indicated after its title in minutes: seconds.

Sound for a picture evening, Volume 1. The first record of the background music and sound effects series features 17 specific mood music backgrounds and 8 tracks for special sound effects.
